Architect Designed House Nestled in the Dunes

This architect-designed, eco-friendly property has been featured in magazines for its unique design, gorgeous sense of minimalist style and unique art works. This is the perfect holiday home for relaxing to the sounds of the way crashing on Goolwa Beach, in a spacious, light-filled, contemporary beach house.

Just walk out the back gate and you are on the path through the sand dunes to the beach. With outdoor living spaces at both the front and rear of the property, you can enjoy the outdoors at any time of the day.

The property features three queen beds in separate rooms (sleeping 6 guests), two bathrooms and an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen space. This is the perfect adults retreat, though kids are welcome too! Throw open the big sliding doors and enjoy the indoor/outdoor beach vibe.

There is a fireplace for wood fire ambiance in winter plus RC Air Conditioning for both summer and winter comfort. Entertainment options include a big-screen TV, Apple TV with access to Netflix (self-login) and Stan (guests can log in to their own account if they have one), and fast NBN Wi-Fi.

Every Pet Let stay includes the Perks Pack: an exclusive bundle of discount offers at local businesses worth up to $230. From spa sessions to dining and local activities, it’s extra value built in so you can get the most out of your holiday budget.

The bedding configuration is:

The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels and tea towels are all supplied.

As with all Pet let properties, your well-behaved pets are very welcome inside. There is a fully enclosed rear yard, with fencing of approx 1m. Dogs will love the very short walk to the beach!

There is off-street parking for two or three cars. Please note that the garage is not available for guest use.

Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $35 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.

Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $70 for 1 night.

You have booked the property for a certain number of people (as specified on your booking). If you would like to have extra guests stay at any time, please contact us in advance. We will advise if this is possible and, if so, the additional cost.

Our cleaners plan their daily schedule for the number of guests booked in at each property. If undeclared guests stay, the rate charged retrospectively will be double the standard rate.

Beach retreat

We had a very relaxing time in this quiet secluded property.It is thoughtfully designed, modernistic and good facilities. Our dogs settled in immediately. We would highly recommend this property.

Was a comfortable home, had all we needed. Recommend taking eye masks if you want to sleep in as the sun comes through from 5:30am - no blackout blinds. All appliances worked but were dated. Hosts were very helpful on Xmas eve night when we couldn’t get the hot water working.

Interesting home in Private location amongst the dunes

A very relaxing environment in a very pleasant setting. Although the design of the house is very attractive the general maintenance requires attention e.g downlight not working in the main bedroom, the hot plates were in not up to par (the self ignition did not work) and the oven was not user friendly. The standard of cleaning needs improvement in the kitchen - handles and cupboard doors were sticky and there was no evidence that the freezer had been cleaned in recent times.

The Beach Getaway

The property was big enough for our family beach getaway. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. We took our dogs who loved the access to the beach at the back of the property. We will stay again.
