The property is privately owned, and the owner resides in a separate semi-detached house on the same grounds. The owner keeps a dog on the premises, which guests should be aware of prior to arrival. Youth groups are not accepted by the owner under any circumstances. These house rules are in place to ensure a respectful and harmonious environment for all parties involved.

The property features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed between the ground floor and the upper floor to ensure comfort and privacy for all guests.

On the ground floor, the welcoming living and dining area is furnished with care, featuring an open-hearth fireplace intended purely for decorative purposes, along with a dining table that invites shared meals and convivial moments. 1 bedroom on this level is equipped with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The ground floor also includes a large, fully equipped kitchen fitted with an oven, a dishwasher, 2 induction hot plates, 2 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a small dining table for informal meals. A direct exit from the kitchen leads to the veranda. The ground floor bathroom features a shower and a separate WC.

On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms are available, each furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. Both rooms benefit from individual air conditioning units. The upper floor bathroom combines a shower and WC within a single space. From the upper floor, guests have access to a 20 m2 terrace that is partly roofed and enjoys a south-facing orientation, furnished with terrace furniture and 4 deck chairs, making it an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the sunshine.
