On the ground floor, there's a living room, a kitchenette, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, a large covered veranda, and a terrace with a stone barbecue, a small lawn, and direct access to the sea.
On the first floor, there's a double bedroom with a barrel-vaulted ceiling and a large window, a bedroom with two bunk beds, a small balcony, and a bathroom with shower.
On the upper floor, there's a sun terrace of approximately 30 square meters among the villa's rooftops, offering 360-degree views. Accessed by a convenient internal spiral staircase made of Sardinian trachyte, the terrace offers a beautiful view in complete privacy.
The view is breathtaking, both from the ground-floor veranda and from the rooftop terrace, which offers views of the entire Gulf, including the promontory of Capo Figari, the islands of Figarolo and Tavolara, Capo Ceraso, and Capo di Coda Cavallo.
From the garden, featuring rustic lawns, trees, and Mediterranean scrub, which also includes a reed-shaded parking area, you have direct access to the sea and the small beach 30 meters away. The sea in front of the villa has a beautiful rocky seabed, perfect for snorkeling. Dolphins are often spotted from the villa, while seagulls and cormorants can be observed up close on the rocky islet just a few meters from the garden.
Linens are not included in the price, but can be rented separately if requested at the time of booking. The rental fee for linens (sheets and towels) is €18 per person for each set provided. The tourist tax charged by the Municipality of Golfo Aranci is €4.00 per person, per night. Children under 12 are exempt.
