Peacefully located on the second floor of a small development the apartment comfortably sleeps four guests and is located a 5-minute walk from one of Sardinia\'s most beautiful beaches. The property has two balconies, one with a view of the island of Tavolara and another with an outdoor dining area.

Inside, the open-plan living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table. This area also incorporates a well-equipped kitchenette fitted with a fridge, a sink and a cooker hob.

Location

Located on the northeastern coast of Sardinia, the property is a 10-minute drive from Golfo Aranci. The area is known for its beautiful beaches, crystal-clear waters and picturesque landscapes.

The beaches are ideal for sunbathing, water sports, swimming in the clear waters and long walks along the shoreline, they offer fine white sands and are surrounded by cliffs, pine forests and lush vegetation. The most popular are Cala Sassari (a 6-minute drive), Cala Sabina (a 20-minute drive) Cala Moresca (a 15-minute drive), Spiaggia Bianca (an 8-minute drive) and Marinella (a 15-minute drive away).

Porto Rotondo, a picturesque town known for its marina, luxury yachts and chic boutiques is a 20-minute drive away. The area is also an excellent starting point for Island hopping and day trips to nearby islands such as Tavolara, Molara, and Figarolo accessible from Porto di Olbia (a 15-minute drive). These islands are known for their untouched natural beauty and clear waters.

Another excellent day trip from Porto di Olbia is to the Marine Park of Tavolara, Punta Coda Cavallo: This protected marine area offers opportunities for snorkelling, diving and boat tours to explore the rich underwater life and impressive seascapes.

In addition to natural wonders, Golfo Aranci has a lively atmosphere with boutiques, bars and restaurants where guests can enjoy local specialties of fresh fish and typical Sardinian cuisine.
