Razoável, deixaram a gente entrar antes do horário do chekin, muito gentis da parte do hotel. Agradeço demais!! Mas creio que poderiam modernizar o chekin, ainda temos que preencher tudo a mão. Melhor se pudesse ser digitado. Havia um vazamento no blindex do banheiro, quando tomávamos banho o banheiro ficava cheio de água. Senti falta de secador de cabelo. O cheiro da roupa de cama pode ficar melhor também, pois estava com um cheirinho de suor ( mas estava limpa ). Café da manhã bom, tudo mto limpinho. Localização excelente. Local agradável !!!

Foi tudo bem tranquilo, a princípio eu pedi um travesseiro extra e o atendente foi um pouco grosseiro no telefone m, porém logo em seguida ele interfonou no quarto perguntando se tinha disponibilidade de ir buscar o mesmo na recepção, lembrando que subestação acompanhado, porém ele disponibilizou apenas 1 travesseiro.
