We had an excellent experience at WTC. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff, especially Will, was friendly and welcoming. The service was great overall, and everything was taken care of. We highly recommend this hotel, it’s best in Goiania!!!

I would like to kindly suggest an improvement in the housekeeping service. During the room cleaning, the floor was not cleaned, and only the trash was removed and the beds were made. A more thorough cleaning would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.

The property maintained an exceptionally high standard of cleanliness, and the rooms themselves were quite spacious and comfortable, providing a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. However, I was somewhat disappointed with the separate charge for parking; I believe it should have been included in the overall hotel fee, especially given the already relatively high cost of the stay. Apart from this minor reservation, my overall experience was very positive, and I would recommend this hotel to others.

The property needs to add an additional food choice. I went to lobby restaurant two times and both times the restaurant was unable to accomodate my food selection. Also, restaurant selection near the hotel is very poor. There is nothing good close to the hotel. My hotel room floor was filthy when I first walked into the room. I had to clear the entire floor myself with a towel. There was so much hair on the floor from previous guests. Also, my room was originally on the 18th floor, but I had to move to the 7th floor. there was construction noise happening above the 18th floor that was unacceptable. The construction was continuing past 8pm. This is UNACCEPTABLE. All the staff at the hotel was very professional. I do not know if I will stay here again.

Hotel com excelente localização, tem uma churrascaria NB anexa ao hotel. Hotel é novo, mobiliário e decoração muito bons, quarto bastante confortável e espaçoso, com tudo funcionando muito bem. Café da manhã também excelente, com atendentes extremamente educados, gentis e atenciosos as demandas, diferente dos atendentes da recepção que não se mostram amistosos e respondem de forma áspera e sem espaço para demais perguntas. Enfim, uma boa opção para se hospedar em Goiânia, e destaco três pontos para melhora: - Wifi - fiquei três diárias no hotel, e não funcionou nenhum dos três dias. Nos dias atuais, é inaceitável um hotel desse padrão não oferecer internet eficiente para os hóspedes; - Academia - O hotel oferece uma sala fitness, não é uma academia, a sala devia ter uns 25m2 e não cabiam as pessoas, muitas vinham e davam meia volta, 3 esteiras (uma fora de serviço), um multifuncional, uma bike. fora de contexto para o tamanho e padrão do hotel. Os tempos mudaram, e as pessoas querem uma boa academia quando viajam; - Cordialidade da equipe de front desk. Observa-se que pode ser um detalhe na gestão visto que a equipe do restaurante entrega uma experiencia diferente e agradável.

Hotel com estrutura muito boa. Quartos excelentes, colchão também muito bons. Um único ponto que precisa melhorar muito é o café da manhã. Confesso que os comentários fizeram diferença na minha escolha por esta hospedagem. No entanto, foi decepcionante. Quem avalia este café da manhã como cinco estrelas, muito provavelmente nunca se hospedou em algum hotel da rede Hilton ou Windsor. No wtc a ilha de buffet é minúscula com praticamente as mesmas opções diariamente. Senti muito a falta de algum prato regional no café da manhã, tal como pamonha (que a propósito, tinha nas fotos que vi antes de fechar a hospedagem) e outras coisas mais. Pedi ovos benedictus e o pão veio embebido em gordura, sem o molho holandese e o ovo totalmente fora do ponto. Também pedi um cuscuz com queijo e estava bem duro e muito gorduroso. Por fim, é um bom hotel, com funcionários educados e prestativos. Mas, não venham com a expectativa muito alta, talvez se decepcionem.
