in reality, this hotel should be rated from 2 stars to 0 stars. the beds were amazingly small, dirty, smelly sheets . I was suppose to stay 3 days could not stay more than one. Ranking of stars should be changed. thank you.

A recepção foi terrível, muita demora para fazer o check-in. É necessário destacar também que o estacionamento é pago à parte e em nenhum momento isso foi dito antes. No mais, é um bom hotel com boas instalações, quarto e banheiro espaçosos e um café da manhã com boa variedade.

No hotel não tem estacionamento próprio, o estacionamento é terceirizado e se paga um valor de 20 reais por diaria, fato que não é informado por ocasião da reserva deixando a entender que o hotel possui estacionamento proprio incluso na estadia. Os funcionários são eficientes na recepção e o café da manhã é excelente com diversidade de itens para consumo. Muito bom.

PRECISA MELHORAR MUITO

Poucos funcionários. Roupas de Cama e Banho fedidas. O cobertor Com fedor de chulé e outros odores desagradáveis, parecendo que não foi higienizado. A limpeza do quarto estava razoável. Faltava toalha. O ar condicionado não funcionou direito a noite, e nem tinha aletas direcionadora do vento, ou seja, o ar-condicionado ficou somente em direção a uma cama. Estacionamento tem que pagar. Mobiliário já desgastado.
