Pontos positivos é a limpeza, o rápido atendimento e troca do quarto quando apontamos problemas na cama, a disponibilidade do quarto e a flexibilidade para liberarmos o quarto e o carro na garagem. O café da manhã é muito bom, com variedades de pães e as frutas são maravilhosas!!! Parabéns pelo café. Ponto a melhorar é a internet que não é boa, lenta no upload e download dificultando o trabalho homeoffice.

Hotel parece meio abandonado, tem muito cheiro de mofo e pra completar, na hora de ir embora nos cobraram 100 reais pela estadia de nosso pet de pequeno porte, valor este 3x maior do que o cobrado normalmente em hotéis. Se estiver com pet escolha outro lugar pois não vale a pena, se não tiver, escolha também, há outras opções melhores em preço semelhante.

O quarto não estava equipado com todos os itens padrões, o que mostra falta de padrão na arrumação. A cama era barulhenta ao virar ou se ajeitar. E no banheiro tive problema ao chegar, pois estava entupido. Mas a equipe era muito solícita e resolveu rapidamente os problemas possíveis.

Bom mas com um porém

A estrutura geral do hotel é boa, o café da manhã muito bom e localização boa. Mas tem um ponto crítico, especialmente para quem viaja a trabalho, o quarto não tem mesa para trabalhar. Tem apenas uma pequena bancada de granito junto à uma pia da cozinha, mas que não cabe por exemplo notebook e mouse, e para sentar é uma baqueta de cozinha desconfortável.
