The room was great and spacious. The only I would recommend is a better deep cleaning on the bathroom special on the shower glass door. Breakfast was amazing! Very safe area! The pool was good too, rooftop. I would recommend San Marino!

Stayed 3 nights here. The upraded rooms are amazing! Great mattress, quiet AC, nice shower ... Loved the breakfast ... Huge spread! Good and safe central location... Restaurants all around. The bad ... The pool is much smaller than it looks in the photo. And the glass around the pool is filthy, probably from the construction. The noise wasn't much of an issue for us.. I saw other people complained about it. Only real problem, we had a few small cockroaches in the room.. and the balcony is big, but seems useless with no furniture. Still enjoyed our stay there, but decided to move to another hotel for our final three days. If you want a big fancy room, good breakfast, okay lobby, this could be a good fit for you.

Nice hotel, bad experience.

It was mostly ok but the power went out one of the days and it was out for over 12 hours. They didn’t even have a safety light on in the room for safety and being able to see where you’re going in case of an emergency. Also, on the day of check out, we have a couple of family members come to help us clean and pack before we left. They were not sleeping over as they arrived at 5 am and we’re gone by 10 am. They hotel made us pay an additional R$ 200. After we just paid about R$300 a night for staying. And being left in the dark. Definitely won’t go back.
