Recepção não tinha acesso à minha reserva feita pelo site.( reservei 2 diárias e no dia da 2 diária recebi msg do hotel perguntando se ia extender minha estadia, sendo que já estava paga) no quarto tinha muita umidade, não tinha quantidade de itens de cama e banho pra o casal. Muito barulho nos corredores, barulho de elevador, barulho de caixa d’água enchendo e carrinho de camareira. Teve um momento que estávamos no quarto e a camareira ia entrando no quarto sem perguntar previamente se podia. Café da manhã faltava utensílios devido quantidade reduzida de funcionários pra repor. Já tinha me hospedado em outro hotel da rede OFT, mas esse deixou a desejar e não retornarei.

O quarto nao apresentava lençois muito limpos, a cama do quarto possui um buraco no meio, ja que é feita da uniao de 2 camas menores. Wifi muito lento, tv antiga, sem acesso a apps de streamings. Os elevadores são muito antigos, e um deles travou quando solicitamos. O café estava bom, a localização é boa e o quarto é espaçoso. Sao os pontos positivos.
