I didn’t like the hotel. The television wouldn’t turn off, the shower was dripping all night, and the sink was also dripping all night. The people who work cleaning the rooms make a lot of noise and drag furniture around. In other words, if you want to rest, do not come to this hotel.

Cheguei ao hotel par ter certeza que o quarto teria uma escrivaninha e fechar a minha reserva. Tendo certeza da existência, fui finalizar a reserva. Me deram a dica onde poderia encontrar menor preço na diária. O site/whatsapp do próprio hotel é uma opção, mas o atendimento estava em horário de almoço. A melhor solução e parcelamento foi na Hoteis.com. Após confirmar a reserva para 3 noites, me deixaram subir e conhecer três suítes para escolher qual era a minha preferida. Tinha uma boa cama de casal, uma escrivaninha grande e com tomadas em frente, um banheiro com tudo funcionando, um ar-condicionado bem silencioso. O elevador também é bem silencioso e não incomoda ficar bem em frente. O café da manhã é bom. O jantar é melhor. Tomei uma excelente sopa, e um hambúrguer com fritas. Não usei a garagem. Detalhes para consertar: o controle da tv, arandelas sobre a cama, limpar o chuveiro para a água sair melhor, deixar ao lado do telefone os números para ligar na recepção e restaurante, por exemplo. A limpeza limpou o quarto mas não repôs nada. A porta da suíte não está isolando bem os barulhos de fora e passou a impressão de estar aberta, por isso, uma turma de adolescentes achou que podia brincar e tentar abrir a porta do quarto. Após um puxão de orelha eles souberam que estava tudo normal.

experiência não foi satisfatória. Durante a estadia, houve um dia em que o quarto não foi limpo. O quarto apresentava muita umidade e mofo, deixando o ambiente desconfortável e com cheiro desagradável. O banheiro é antigo e o vaso sanitário estava entupido. Além dos problemas estruturais, a recepção e o atendimento da equipe deixaram a desejar. Não me senti bem acolhida, pois os funcionários não foram muito receptivos nem demonstraram preocupação em oferecer um atendimento cordial. Acredito que o hotel precisa investir tanto na manutenção das instalações quanto na melhoria do atendimento ao cliente para proporcionar uma experiência mais agradável aos hóspedes.

Quero deixar minha total insatisfação sobre o Estacionamento e equipe responsável pelo mesmo. os funcionários da parte da noite extremamente mal educados. Relato para quem possa interessar a falta de segurança em chegar a noite neste hotel e ter que implorar para um funcionário mal educado guardar o seu carro. Não tem vagas suficientes na frente do hotel , o retorno é quase 8 minutos em trânsito leve. Então, se vc vier de carro, aqui não é o lugar mais seguro para você. Equipe do café da manhã muito solícita. Não deixam toalhas suficientes no quarto, você precisa descer para pedir uma e lidar com mau humor da recepcionista. Precisam honestamente de um treinamento.

Gostaria de destacar o excelente atendimento da recepcionista Ana, que foi muito prestativa, educada e solícita durante toda a minha estadia. Por outro lado, a experiência com a acomodação ficou abaixo do esperado. O quarto apresentava problemas de limpeza, inclusive com a presença de uma barata. Além disso, a água do chuveiro não esquentava, a TV não funcionava e a janela estava emperrada, dificultando sua abertura. Esperava encontrar instalações em melhores condições. Espero que esses pontos sejam avaliados e corrigidos para proporcionar uma experiência mais satisfatória aos próximos hóspedes

Passei 5 dias hospedada e simplesmente amei a experiência! O café da manhã é maravilhoso, o quarto é limpo todos os dias e as toalhas sempre trocadas, o que faz toda diferença na estadia. A localização também é perfeita, perto de tudo, facilitando muito os passeios e deslocamentos. E ainda tem o restaurante Ponto Grill bem próximo, com comida maravilhosa, boa e barata. Com certeza voltarei!
