first time in Goiania

Well, I love the location of the hotel and the cleanliness of the room. The AC worked fine. Since I have some meetings in town, I normally returned late but always have some one waiting to let me get in. My room was made everyday. there are lote places to eat the street behind the hotel. I love walking around, the Walmart is just a half mile from the hotel so is the main bus terminal. he TV is a 20" and does not offer any English channels. To get hot water in the shower, there some other tab to turn. you can just ask and they will show you. there are more than one staff that speak English at this hotel. The breakfast is very basic with bread and coffee and limited fruits for the entire week, I only went for breakfast the first day. Well it did serve my purpose and the budget and I could stay there again.

O quarto tinha mofo no teto do quarto e uma goteira (da chuva ou de algum dreno de arcond.) q ficava caindo em cima da condensadora do arcondicionado e fazendo barulho. No banheiro tinha uma tomada desinstalada com os fios sem isolamento. Nem dá pra dormir direito com o mal cheiro d mofo. O café da manhã é razoável.

Tanto a ecepcionista, quanto a gerente muito mal educada, a gerente toda esnobe, ja veio falando que a entrada era só as 14 horas, coisa que ja sei.No banheiro do quarto, o ar condicionado estava caindo uma parte e não desligava, a torneira do banheiro, do chuveiro solta e enferrujada, e o suporte de por sabonte quebrado Café da manha com muito pouca opcao. Mas o pior foi o descasso da gerente. Tanto que fiz o chekin que seria dia 27, no dia 26 as 17 horas de tanta insatisfação.

Com base no preço, é o que se espera, porém, a água do hotel é somente fria, as toalhas e lençóis estavam manchados, e esqueceram um pano de limpar chão na pia do banheiro do quarto. Em relação ao atendimento, é ótimo, todos muito bem educados, somente a acomodação que precisa de atenção.

O quarto estava em boas condições. Houve alguns inconvenientes: 1) As lâmpadas utilizadas nos quartos, quando apagadas ainda emitem certa claridade (lâmpadas de LED). Não foi possível ter uma boa noite de sono devido a claridade. 2) O quarto que ficamos (102) fica ao lado de outra construção onde o telhado dessa, faz divisa com o hotel. Os pingos dos ares condicionados dos quartos acima batem no telhado de Eternit fazendo barulhos o que incomodou devido aos pingos serem constantes e barulhentos. 3) O quarto possui 2 camas de solteiro e uma de casal. Não havia cobertor para a cama de casal, sendo necessário pedir à recepção, porém veio mais 1 cobertor de solteiro. 4) O telefone para acesso à recepção não funcionou, sendo necessário descer até a recepção para pedir os cobertores e toalhes adicionais.

Hotel de péssima qualidade e que ignora totalmente os hóspedes, meu quarto o ar condicionado quebrou e simplesmente tivemos que dormir no calor pq eles não tinham nenhum quarto extra, inclusive no outro dia pedi pelo WhatsApp que fizesse alguma coisa e nem me responderam. Ao chegar no hotel pela primeira vez já de madrugada, não tinha toalha para tomar banho no quarto, não tinha toalha de rosto e nem pano de chão no banheiro. Tentei falar com a portaria mas o interfone era quebrado. Tive que descer tarde da noite para pegar as coisas de quarto. O Wi-Fi também era péssimo e praticamente na pegava. Enfim, foi o pior hotel que já me hospedei e não indicaria para ninguém.

Ja tinha ficado no hotel anteriormente, cerca de 2 anos atras. Eu acredito que a qualidade caiu. No quesito limpeza, deixou a desejar, quando fui pegar coisas na mala (que estava no chão) vi papel de bala debaixo da cama. Além disso, as paredes do quarto e os azulejos do banheiro estão sujos o que dá o aspecto de sujo.
