second time ive stayed here pros - lovely good sized room , very clean & modern , good shower & toilet facility , friendly staff , hotel situated in a very nice area of goias ,lots of bars & restaurents nearby , supermarket @ end of road room price very reasonable cons - very poor for english language channels on the cable tv

If I could, I would give minus one star. Front desk, people were not friendly. They did not greet the gas. They were always busy and they were all the time in the computer. room has all the walls, scratch it and dirty. The floor in our room were damaged. The towers were of poor quality. Also they do not offer hand towels. there is no toiletries in the bathroom. I definitely do not recommend this hotel for anybody.

Quarto não estava limpo, equipe de funcionários com atendimento bem abaixo do que a rede ibis geralmente oferece, como o hotel estava lotado o atendimento foi péssimo chegando a falta de educação em alguns casos, o café da manhã abaixo do esperado, inclusive sem limpar a mesas.

Não deveria receber o título de Ibis. Vivo viajando a trabalho e Ibis, para mim, sempre foi significado de "facilitação da vida do cliente". Em março 2026, estive no Ibis Botafogo. O check in era as 14h; o funcionário "encontrou" um quarto para mim e me deixou entrar 10h30 para que eu pudesse descansar. Em junho, volto ao Rio e ficarei no mesmo ibis. O Ibis marista, por sua vez, não deveria receber o título de ibis. Cheguei 12h. O check in era as 15h. Perguntei se era possível antecipar a entrada. E era, desde que eu pagasse meia diária. Optei por não pagar. Eles preferiram deixar o quarto desocupado a deixar o cliente subir e dormir. Fui almoçar e voltei as 14h, mas tive de esperar até as 14h30/14h45 para entrar. Pensei: bom, se eles querem deixar o quarto vazio vai estar tudo impecável. Certo? Errado. Não havia toalhas de rosto no primeiro e no último dia de estadia. No café da manhã, TODOS os dias me cobraram café da manhã, mesmo eu já tendo pago quando da reserva. Ou seja, me cobraram no primeiro dia. Viram que erraram e continuaram cobrando os outros dias, porque para que corrigir a lista, né? No final, estava arrumando tudo. Já saindo e 12h16 (literalmente), a recepção me ligou e falou que se eu passasse das 12h30 iriam cobrar uns valores a mais da diária. Sorte a minha 12h25 eu estava fazendo o check out. Em suma, não facilitam a vida em nada. Serviço mediano. Parece que são mercenários e querem arracam dinheiro de você de qualquer jeito.

1. O garagista do hotel destruiu a frente do nosso carro. O hotel rapidamente diz que nao é responsabilidade deles, pois terceirizam o serviço de garagem. Aliás, eles parecem tercerizar tudo--para nao se responsabilizar com nada...Tivemos que gastar horrores com Uber, carro inviabilizado. NAO DEIXEM O CARRO NA GARAGEM DO HOTEL (risco alto de danificarem seu carro). E NAO DEIXEM O CARRO FORA DA GARAGEM (risco de roubo). Isto é, NAO FIQUEM NESSE HOTEL cuja direção é TOTALMENTE INCOMPETENTE. 2. A WiFi no quarto simplesmente nao existe. É tao fraca que ate pra mandar uma mensagem de Whatssap é impossivel, imagine si estiver de Home Office. O hotel nao se responsabiliza nem procura alternativas. 3. Brigas violentissimas bem na frente do hotel de noite involvendo mais de 12 homens conferindo socos e chutes uns nos outros. Os seguranças nem prestram atençao, muito menos chamam a policia. Terceirizam o serviço de segurança tambem. 4. Barulho intenso de furadeira no Domingo pela manha! 5. Banheiro molhado por todos os lugares ao tomar banho. 6. Resumo: o hotel nao garante nem os serviços BASICOS de um hotel UMA estrela e perante a qualquer problema: nao resolvem, nao se responsabilizam.
