Ao chegar a moca nem olhou na minha cara totalmente grossa ao chegar no quarto nao tinha papel higiênico, o vaso cheio do número 2 o mal cheiro horrível, ao ligar o ar condicionado muito barulhento preferir desligar e ficar no calor o pior ainda ta por vim, pela manhã foi tonar cafe e nao tinha a copa toda suja e nao tinha nada para tomar cafe tove que ir tomar cafe na quitanda. Um horror! Recepção extremamente mal educada, disseram que não tinham quartos disponíveis mesmo eu tendo feito a reserva com antecedência e simplesmente me transferiram para um hotel há 9km duas horas da manhã!!! Não forneceram transporte e o recepcionista ainda reclamou porque meu Uber estava demorando. Além de quem paguei mais pelo café da manhã imperial e o hotel que eles me transferiram mal tinha um café.
