This hotel is old and need maintenance badly. Breakfast if you not attending at 6am you probably will just eat what was left, no replacement. The door to elevator used to be open with your door card but it was broken and anyone had access to the floors

Localização ótima e equipe de funcionários muito atenciosa. O meu quarto não possuía um bom isolamento acústico - era comum escutar o chuveiro/descarga do quarto ao lado. A sauna não aqueceu tanto e estava um pouco suja também. O café da manhã foi bom, nada fora do esperado.

Insegurança total e descaso da gerência: roubaram meus pertences no quarto NÃO RECOMENDO! Tivemos uma experiência péssima e revoltante no Golden Tulip Goiânia Address. Deixei uma bolsa térmica do harry potter (que nao da pra comprar novamente, pois foi sazonal), no meu quarto em cima do frogobar, e ela simplesmente FOI ROUBADA. Fico toda semana em hoteis pelo Brasil todo devido ao trabalho, e agora terei que me atentar muitooo mais em guardar tudo que puder. ​O pior de tudo não é apenas a falta de segurança e o sumiço do objeto, mas o absoluto descaso da gerência e da equipe do hotel. Ficaram de ver, nao retornaram, so retornaram 1 mes depois, pois EU enviei uma msg perguntando que que virou, e que eu ia fazer a avaliacao em tudo que eu puder, e faria um B.O., dai retornaram, dizendo que nao encontraram no "achados e perdidos", sendo que eu NAO PERDI nas dependencias do hotel, estava no meu quarto, e a unica pessoa que teria acesso seria eu e a equipe de limpeza, ou seja, foi roubo sim nas dependencias do hotel. Em vez de prestarem suporte, investigarem o ocorrido com seriedade ou buscarem uma solução para o hóspede, demonstraram total indiferença. ​Se você precisa viajar a trabalho ou lazer e busca um lugar seguro para deixar seus pertences enquanto sai, passe longe deste hotel. Falta de segurança grave e atendimento pós-incidente lamentável. Nota zero. Fiquem no hotel ao lado HOLLIDAY INN!

Quando fechei, considerei as fotos que estão no anúncio, mas, ao chegar lá, me deram um quarto do quinto andar bem diferente e antigo. Não gostei, pois me senti enganado. Assim, fica a dica para quem decidir se hospedar lá: talvez o seu quarto não será os novos da foto, mas sim um antigo. Detalhe: e eu comprei a categoria De Luxe. Não tem problema ser antigo, mas precisam avisar COM FOTOS REAIS.

Nossa experiência foi boa, contudo alguns itens devem ser melhor cuidados como as roupas de cama (muitos desgastadas), poucas toalhas, o cofre que não estava funcionando e os números dos dos andares nos elevadores muitos complicados. Acredito que a recepção tenha que ser melhor decorada para melhoria do ambiente e dos hóspedes, afinal é o cartão de visita do hotel. O espaço e a alimentação do café da manhã são simples mais nada excepcional. Achei os preços de garrafas de água e outros abusiva.
