Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication

NÃO VALE O VALOR COBRADO!!!!!!!!

O imóvel em si é simples, mas esse não é o problema. A acomodação não vale o preço! Por um valor MENOR você pode ter ar condicionado, airfryer, televisão boa, chuveiro bom, cafeteira de cápsula e uma cama decente no mesmo município! A acomodação não tem ar condicionado e nem ventilador. Tem um pequeno climatizador portátil que só espalha sujeira. Fora isso, não tem como usá-lo no quarto pois não há tomada! O quarto não tem ventilação boa. A cama é horrível de dura! Roupa de cama e de banho de péssima qualidade! Chuveiro bem simples, pior que um lorenzetti! Não há ducha higiênica, assento do vaso é o mais simples possível e não há box. Na sala, a única TV do ap além de muito pequena, não funciona as funções smart (YouTube e Netflix). O sofá imundo, cheio de manchas duvidosas, furado de cigarro e duro. Mais fácil sentar na cadeira. A cozinha bem mal equipada! Louças horríveis e sujas guardadas junto com o sifao de esgoto da pia! Uma nojeira!! A limpeza do apartamento é bem ruim! O único pano de chão estava todo rasgado, encardido e sujo! Se eu quisesse usar, ainda teria que lavar! O prédio não tem elevador. Da garagem ao apartamento são 6 lances de escada. Pra ajudar, a escada é torta, uma hora larga outra hora estreita. Não há acessibilidade alguma! Fora o barulho na rua dia e noite. Fiquei apenas o tempo suficiente de reservar outro local pra sair rápido de lá! O proprietário se recusou a reembolsar o restante das diárias! Tive que acionar o app. NÃO RECOMENDO!!!!!
