Me colocaram num quarto com uma porta ao meio, sem privacidade, ouvindo tudo do outro quarto. No segundo quarto, camas de solteiro, eu paguei por cama de casal. A TV não funcionou e o quarto tinha cheiro ruim. Reclamei. Hotel mediano, mas ao menos são educados.

O atendimento é bom e feito com bastante simpatia. As áreas comuns são agradáveis. Porém a suíte em que fiquei, talvez por coincidência, não apresentava boas condições. O chuveiro não aquecia a água e parecia entupido, jorrando de forma que não era possível tomar banho. A cama era confortável e o quarto estava limpo.
