The Baltic Sea resort also enjoys the advantage of having two beaches. You can choose between the North Beach, the livelier of the two, or the unspoiled South Beach. From the narrow-gauge railway station in Göhren, you can travel via Baabe, Sellin, and Binz all the way to Lauterbach, taking in the island’s diverse natural landscape along the way. There’s plenty to discover here. When the weather is nice, a visit to the 400-meter-long pier is practically a must.
