Die komplette Abwicklung der Buchung, die Betreuung vor Ort sowie buchungsbegleitend war sehr gut. Als Gast hatte ich nie das Gefühl nicht ordentlich betreut zu sein und selbst bei spontanen Anliegen wurde auch spontan geholfen. Sämtliche Ansprechpartner waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
