More than just a nice loft

This unique place has a style all its own. It’s bright and features a huge terrace where you can enjoy a meal and a glass of wine or simply soak up the sun. It has everything you need: a large double bed, a sound system, a large smart TV, air conditioning, and a workspace with a touch of Parisian luxury. The building has an elevator, although you’ll need to walk up one floor.

You’re in Valencia. Metro Line 1 is 400 meters from the apartment. Local bars and restaurants are very close by (next to the metro). It’s a quiet and safe neighborhood. There’s a fruit and vegetable market on the parallel street every Friday and an organic market a bit farther away every Saturday. New building from 2021. Designed and furnished with elegance and comfort in mind.

Godella Metro Station (Line 1), which is the main metro line in Valencia, is 100 m from the apartment. There’s plenty to explore on foot in this charming neighborhood.
Arrivals between 8:00 p.m. and midnight will incur an additional €30 fee. Between midnight and 2:00 a.m., an additional €45 will be charged. No check-in after 2:00 a.m. Thank you for your understanding.

Late check-out (after 10:00 a.m.) will be charged €15 for each additional hour.

An additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and air purification. Some guests have allergies.
