2 bedroom nice home in Gnoien OT Dölitz

An entrance gate leads to the spacious, largely unspoilt plot with your holiday home. As you enter the house, you come into a small hallway with a cloakroom and access to the bathroom. The hallway leads into the cosily furnished living area with an open, fully equipped kitchen. From the living room you have access to the terrace or via a staircase to the upper floor, where the two bedrooms are located.



You can let your dog and child run free on the fully fenced property. The pond, which is enclosed by a fence, can be used for fishing (only small fish available), but swimming is not recommended as it is a biotope. You can end the day on the terrace with a fire bowl and barbecue. In Gnoien there is another fishing pond and various shopping facilities.



In a current information folder in the house you can find out about a variety of other fishing and bathing lakes as well as other tourist providers, such as the Stralsund Golf Park.
