Located down the road from White Elephant cafe, this lovely townhouse offers seaview glimpses, access to a shared complex pool, and close proximity to the beach and some of the best attractions in the region, making it the perfect escape for families and groups.



The Space:

Blue Haven boasts a spacious and light-filled layout with three comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom features a luxurious king bed and a private ensuite. The second and third bedrooms each offer two single beds, perfect for accommodating families. With two well-appointed bathrooms and two living/dining areas, there is plenty of space for everyone to unwind. The upstairs area is cooled by air conditioning.



The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare delicious meals, from a gas stove and oven to a dishwasher and coffee maker. Step outside to the deck and enjoy the fresh ocean breeze while dining alfresco with the BBQ and outdoor seating. Inside, relax by the gas fireplace and enjoy the entertainment system with TV and Wi-Fi. Laundry facilities, including a washing machine and dryer, add convenience to your stay.



Blue Haven is ideally situated in the heart of Gnarabup, offering easy access to various outdoor activities and attractions. Start your day with a coffee at the cafe or a leisurely walk along Gnarabup Beach, known for its stunning views and calm waters, perfect for swimming, snorkelling, or paddle boarding. The White Elephant Beach Café is a local favourite for breakfast or a post-swim coffee, offering uninterrupted ocean views.



For those interested in exploring further, the nearby Cape to Cape Track offers breathtaking coastal walks, and the area is home to world-renowned surf breaks like The Bombie and Surfer’s Point. Designed with families in mind, Blue Haven includes a stair safety gate and is equipped with smoke alarms and other home safety features. Please note that this property is not pet-friendly. Guest Access:

Access via front door located at the entrance of carport. Key access via lockbox.



Getting Around:

Easy wallking access to beach. 15 minute drive into Margaret River town centre.

Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request (fees apply).



Noise & Quiet Hours

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm in line with local regulations.

We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and surrounding neighbours during their stay.



Leavers

We are currently not hosting Leavers bookings.



Pet Policy

This property is not pet-friendly, and pets are not permitted on the premises at any time. Any unauthorised pets may result in additional cleaning fees and/or breach of booking terms.



Rental Agreement

As part of our standard process, all guests are required to complete a rental agreement prior to arrival. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.



NOTE: The Airconditioning is only available upstairs. The bedrooms on the ground floor have Ceiling Fans.
