This level also features a full modern bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine for added convenience. The first floor contains two well-sized bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a double bed and an additional single bed, while the second bedroom includes two single beds, comfortably accommodating up to five guests. The layout works especially well for families with children or groups of friends travelling together.

Outdoors, the property provides a private garden and terrace furnished with outdoor seating and a barbecue, creating the perfect setting for summer meals and quiet relaxation.
