Holiday home by the pond, near Kołobrzeg

In a small village near Kołobrzeg (approx. 13 km) there is a huge, fenced property with a large, stocked pond and 2 holiday homes 80 m apart. The entire area is for the exclusive use of guests of both accommodations. The area is an oasis of peace and quiet. To take advantage of the charms of the seaside beach and all the attractions of the resort, you need to go to nearby Kołobrzeg.
The property is hidden on the outskirts of the village, surrounded by a dense forest. There is a pond stocked with fish where you can fish (a pedal boat is available for guests of two neighboring houses) and swim (there is no prepared beach here).
A nice, single-story holiday house is located on a small, charming island in the middle of a pond stocked with fish. Access to it is via a wooden bridge. The house has a terrace with garden furniture and a parasol and a private garden. The house consists of a living room (fireplace, double sofa bed, table, TV) connected to the kitchen, 2 separate bedrooms, bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Barbecue facilities are available.
There is a large parking lot on the property. Guests of both houses have a pedal boat at their disposal, which allows them to sail around the quite large pond. You can also fish from it and from the fishing piers.
Upon special request, the owner can provide an Internet router (registration required).
The price of the stay includes: bed linen, towels, water consumption, parking, baby cot (registration required).
The main advantage of the area is peace and quiet and access to the local pond stocked with fish. In the vicinity there are forests, meadows, fields, wonderful scenery for hiking and cycling. Whether by bike or car, you can get to Kołobrzeg in just a few moments. The biggest attraction of the Kolobrzeg health resort is undoubtedly the wide, sandy seaside beach. There are also many walking routes around the seaside park, along the seaside promenade, on the historic pier, and around the old town.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Either it is a rowing boat or a rubber boat.
