We offer a modern, comfortable single-family home situated on a spacious, fenced plot of 6,000 m². It's the perfect place for those who value privacy, relaxation, and active recreation.

The property features a 25 m² swimming pool with a depth of 160 to 160 cm, available seasonally from May 1st to September 30th. For sports enthusiasts, a volleyball court, table tennis table, and a volleyball court are available. A trampoline, barbecue grill, and parking space are also available. An electric vehicle charging station is available on site.

For fishing enthusiasts, fishing is available (permit required). Farm produce is also available for purchase on the farm, allowing you to enjoy fresh, local specialties.

For our youngest guests, a playhouse in the garden provides safe and engaging play. Entertainment lovers will find a 25 m² electronic and arcade games room equipped with darts, an arcade machine and table football.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house (Youth) groups only on request. Non smoking accommodation.
