Huset er særdeles velindrettet og meget veludstyret, men meget slidt.

Huset er særdeles velindrettet og meget veludstyret, men meget slidt. Mange dørbeslag, håndtag i badeværelser er løse med manglende skruer, mange lamper uden fungerende pære. Døre i badeværelser er gået i forrådnelse for neden. Brusekabiner med svamp i fuger, badeforhæng decideret ulækre.Køkkenet meget velfungerende, men med meget ringe skabsplads til det som man selv tager med, mel, gryn osv. Så kommer det til at virke kaotisk når man er mange mennesker.Gasgrillen udenfor virker upåklageligt.Dog et fint hus som vi gerne kommer tilbage til. Trist med den manglende vedligeholdelse, med lidt løbende let vedligeholdelse havde huset haft det meget bedre.

Husets planløsning er rigtig fin til flere generationer.

Husets planløsning er rigtig fin til flere generationer. Indvendig rengøring rigtig fin. Udvendigt kunne terrasse og træværk virkelig trænge til en grundig opfriskning. Et par timers service indvendigt kunne nemt rette op på nogle småting,
