Front desk service was terrible (rude, dismissive), the hairdryer didn't work and we asked for a replacement and was rude again and said he couldn't help us. Room smelled, sheets had stains on them, towels smelled and were almost gray in color, the mattresses were old and creaky and very uncomfortable, the room was dark and old. Neither one of us slept well and couldn't wait to leave in the morning.

The shower in our room had poor water pressure. Everything else was excellent. Very nice Hotel and very friendly staff. Wound definitely recommend this Hotel.

We were looking for an affordable place to spend the night passing through Silt on our way to Utah. The price was great, room and bathroom was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. You'll have to carry your bags if you're on the 2nd floor as there's no elevator.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Room lighting was poor. It was a bit older property but the manager was very helpful, I felt safe, and the lobby had some nice Colorado murals.

There was food in the room when we checked in suggesting it had never been cleaned or serviced. We found hair all over both beds and ended up sleeping in sleeping bags on top of the mattresses. There is no breakfast even though it's advertised. Would not stay here again. We were here for 6 hours and couldn't leave fast enough

The room smelled! Our room was a nonsmoking room, but it still smelled! The night check in guy was not enthused that we were checking in late, only due to an accident on I70. He came out from wherever he was in pajamas! We were supposed to stay two nights, I booked another room in Glenwood for our second night at the Hampton Inn which was 100% better, even though they were remodeling! Staying in Glenwood from now on!!

It was a nice relaxing stay and very convenient to walk to downtown with some great restaraunts. The guy at the front desk was very helpful and gave me some recommendations on what to eat at the Miners claim that night.

Clean and adequate.

A basic no-frills hotel. The room was clean. Not a destination or extended-stay type of hotel, but a budget-friendly option for a decent place to sleep a couple of nights when you don't intend to spend much time in the room.
