Gross room, stains all over, beat up bathroom, TV was smaller than an average computer monitor l,smoke detector was extremely bright and flashing green lights all night if you want to park in the parking lot it's 14$ or they let you park in the field for free

I was told that the owner says no one could park in their parking lot unless you pay in advance. This is a hotel, I have never heard of this in my 61 year life? I had to park on the street. I was totally inconvenienced from going to my car in the parking lot , in the cold. WHat kind of foolishness is this? Greedy doesn't understand customer service. Well this was my first stay and my last. The room card kept clearing itself, so the lady at the front desk came to my rescue, thank God I had my phone.

This only redeeming quality is that they allow dogs and the staff was so sweet. They all were the absolute nicest people even when issues arose. You could tell they were all doing the best they could. The hotel is just a bit run down, they ran out of clean towels for a few days due to a breakdown with the laundry machines, the breakfast (that we paid extra for) was expired and had gone sour (yogurt, cream cheese with bagel, milk, all had gone sour yuck!) One of my kids ended up throwing up because they started eating before I realized it was bad. I don't know if they were also having issues with their refrigerators or something but all the food we tried to eat at the hotel tasted off. I do think the hotel needs repairs and maintenance. The rooms are cheap and we made the best of our stay because we were saving money. We just ended up going elsewhere to eat every day for breakfast which is slightly inconvenient with three little kids but we made it work. I'm giving 3 stars instead of only 1 because the staff made it a pleasant overall experience.

The accommodations were fine. Though They charge $14 per night for parking in a half empty lot and don’t tell you about it until you arrive. The window in our room didn’t have shades. They Only gave us 1 key for whatever reason. Just odd little sneaky misses here and there but for the price it’s good.
