We had a great time and some great breakfast conversations. Our hosts were very informative about the are and excellent cooks and the property felt very homey.
Rochelle was a great host, the bed was massive, the shower/bath perfect.
Lots of parking space and a beautiful garden to enjoy.
The breakfast was homemade and perfect for getting you through the morning.
Ideally located for Zion or Bryce Canyon.
A pleasure to stay here, thanks.
This is a delightful spot. The breakfast was excellent as we enjoyed watching the humming birds. The innkeepers are friendly and informative. A respite from hotel chains.
When using Waze to locate the property be sure to input 295 N Main Street not just 295 Main Street. Breakfast was excellent, 1 O'clock waffles were great! Rochelle and Bunny were great hostesses and made our stay very comfortable.
This was a lovely historic inn with wonderful hosts, an excellent breakfast and a comfortable bed. Located halfway between Zion and Bryce Canyon Natl Parks, it was a great location to spend a few days!
Rocky, the owner, is so hospitable and the property is so beautiful. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! Room was so cozy, breakfast was amazing, and our hosts were so kind! Close and convenient location to Zion as well. We would definitely recommend to stay here :) Thank you so much, Rochelle!
Rochelle and Bunny are amazing hosts. Great, healthy breakfasts that had us ready and raring to go on our hikes. The conversation with the two of them was even better! Thanks for a great experience and your Alaska 1 pm waffle recipe!

The hosts are great, it feels like staying at a friends house, they make sure your stay is comfortable and give you tips for the cool places around. Nice location, near the most popular parks. Charming building and decor and great homemade breakfast included.
Excellent place to stay on our trip between Zion and Bryce Canyon. The family style breakfast gave us a chance to meet new people and our hosts. The waffles made with Mike’s secret recipe were excellent, although my husband thought a couple slices of bacon would have been good to go with them. Our only complaint was the faucets in the sink in room 5 needed updating, but otherwise excellent.

Location and room was great. Very nice instructions even though I checked in after hours on new years eve.
Breakfast was delicious! Fresh fruit and yogurt and 1 o’clock waffles. They keep you going and full until 1 o’clock in the afternoon and I can testify to that. We loved talking to Rochelle. She has had such an interesting life. Would happily stay again.
The cutest little B&B! The owners were the sweetest people and we enjoyed a homemade breakfast with delicious waffles and yogurt bowls with them.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience and would definitely stay again. Breakfast was wonderful and Rochelle could answer any questions I had about the area. Room was very clean and homely! East entrance of Zion was only about 35 minutes away and didn’t have a line getting in either day. Bryce Canyon is a bit further but a beautiful easy drive. If you want a truly memorable experience this is the place to stay!
