Yarrimbah – Modern Shear Shed Farmstay with Creek, Wildlife, Fire and Starry Skies.
Welcome to Yarrimbah Shear Shed—where time slows with golden sunsets, and campfires spark stories under the stars.
This isn’t just any farm retreat—it’s 1000 acres of rolling paddocks, a flowing freshwater creek, a ridge made for picnics, and a front-row seat to nature at its finest. Glen Innes farmland is defined by its four seasons: misty autumn mornings, crisp winter air (with the occasional snowfall), balmy highland summers, and golden-hued spring ready for photo moments with your chosen people. A place where you can wake up to the sound of birdsong and cattle calls, collect fresh eggs for brekkie, and wind down by the firepit under the highest point in NSW—your closest chance to touching the stars while still on land.
Renovated in 2025, this former shearing shed has had a thoughtful glow-up—now a stylish retreat with all the modern comforts while keeping a touch of its rustic soul. With a flowing contemporary layout and plenty of thoughtful details, this is the kind of place where you can truly unplug and explore.
So, whether you're here for the buggy tours, the fresh air, the farm-fresh brekkie, or just to soak in the countryside— the Macrae’s can’t wait to share Yarrimbah farm with you.
