We booked this property for my Mother’s 80th birthday celebration. The whole family was able to stay at one location to enjoy fossil rim, dinosaur valley and dinners in Fort Worth and locally. The property is immaculate. The kitchen had everything we needed and the grounds were astounding a beautiful. We hiked, used the giant game barn, the hot tub and the comfortable sitting areas. Plenty of bathrooms and space for 10 people. Instructions and communication was perfect. Strongly recommend this for a retreat. Has amazing WiFi, but we all disconnected from the world and enjoyed the peace.
