Great hotel! Very clean, gorgeous! Modern and renovated amenities! Friendly staff! I've been to many hotels in a tri-state area and this one is one of the best! The pool is amazing and clean! Gorgeous historical building! Delicious breakfast served in a beautiful dining room!

Disliked: Amenities
Good, healthy breakfast, spacious rooms that show some wear and tear and could frankly be better cleaned. Main drawback was the pools (indoor/outdoor) not opening to hotel guests until 2pm - this could have been more prominently advertised, as that detracted from our lazy morning plans.

It's not a hotel! They need to not try and cater to both high end events and hotel operations. Wedding parties etc, will take priority over any so called hotel operations. We stayed in subpar accommodation outside the main building with no handicap accessibility. I traveled with two handicap individuals. Location: I'm from Glen Cove, I drove in from IN, so I thought it would be nice to stay in town. Don't get me wrong, but if I had known my stay was going to be this bad, I would not have booked a stay at the Mansion. My recommendation: Stay someplace else. The City of Glen Cove needs a hotel, the Mansion is not it. Stay period: 18-20 July 2026
