Check in was quick but realized I booked the wrong room but worked out fine. I really liked the big room. Some of the furniture was old but we actually used it for sleeping since we were out of the room most of the day. If you have a family especially small children this room would be perfect for you, it's the family suite. Open room with a king and queen bed. We originally wanted the three queen beds but this turned out to be a good one.

Great place great location

Very friendly and helpful staff, the soap dispenser was missing and only a small bar of soap so I called and they immediately brought me a larger soap. The only negative was no coffee maker in the room.

There was no one there to check in a gaggle of people. Had to use a kiosk which was okay except he was from India and was hard to understand. Stressful. The room was nice and clean but the lights above the sink were blinding. Only one elevator. We were traveling with 11 people and we were put next to each other which was nice. Three rooms. Antelope Canyon is very close which was a positive.

This hotel was perfect after doing antelope canyon and horseshoe bend. Just a short stay for us of one night! Hotel has lots of shops and restaurants surrounding it which is great. There were a few hairs in our room but aside from that it was clean
