Travel by my own with my car, find this little motel which is more better to stay near town centre. The room is newly renovated, clean and lots of space. Only issue is the mattress is too soft. They provide shower gel but no shampoo, and no hair dryer.

Rooms at the back of a (very scruffy looking) - and staunchly partisan (Rangers) pub. Not in a nice area. The window area was covered in black mould and the bathroom fan furry and dirty. The bed was the worst ever - cheap, and every spring could be felt. We had to cut our losses and leave - we did not stay there.

We had an issue at check in that the bar maid took care of for us. The room has been redone and was clean. Worth the stay. Locals are friendly and I’m glad I got to meet them! Debbie was amazing.
