Great staff, very friendly and polite. Room was very loud with cars and people outside heard everything. Bed very comfortable and can't fault the room we had for the bairn. Worth the money we paid and in a great location.

Staff were very accommodating and friendly, room was spacious with great amenities. Few downsides but minor, bathroom was a tad dusty, handwash sink was slow to drain and we had an issue with someone letting themselves into our room before 9am. Hotel was very apologetic

Hotel was OK but the pillows were so utterly awful that I asked for others in the night. These did arrive promptly, but were just as horrible (hard, lumpy). Im due to stay there again in a month but found myself in the night searching online for other places to stay. Last day of our break was ruined as I felt so tired and sore from such a bad night sleep. Didn't realise a day could be so ruined by pillows!
