Comfort at a reasonable price.

Staff were the best feature, very friendly and helpful. Food quality was pretty average, and when we arrived on a Sunday night, a number of menu items were unavailable. Room was of good size with a walk-in shower and very comfortable bed, and was clean and well equipped with power outlets and heating system. Hotel occupies the top 4 floors of a tower, so all rooms have a great view.

Good value stay

Check in swift, room clean, all staff very polite & courteous. Breakfast good but could do with more fruit & muesli available (may have been but didn't see?) & orange juice tasted a bit diluted. Great sleep but bit of external noise from 4.30, could be nothing with hotel, just busy building in centre.

Arrived after 10 hr drive and the room wasn’t cleaned. Bed had been slept in, rubbish in room, dirty towels on floor. Reception wanted us to wait till someone cleaned room! It was evening time and we were exhausted. Insisted on another room. Reception staff appeared disinterested during 3 day stay, standing writing when we were waiting to order food. Room kept tripping and we had no electricity. Food mediocre. Stayed here approximately 9 occasions, never again

The room was clean but there was no hand soap and shampoo/body wash dispensers were empty, the hairdryer was broken, the tall lamp stand didnt work! Stains in the carpet, banging all night from neighbouring rooms. Staff didnt ask if stay was ok, just said thank you when i handed card in on check out!
