Very Disappointing Stay I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The room was not clean at all (bedsheet was dirty and pillow cover was having blood stains) looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned before my arrival. This immediately made me uncomfortable. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, which only made the situation worse. Simple requests were met with poor attitude and a complete lack of customer care. Overall, the service was terrible and far below what I would expect from a hotel. I would not recommend staying here and definitely won’t be returning.

Staff extremely courteous and helpful. Check in was seamless no issues there. The room was clean and bed comfy but hallway and lifts not so clean. Breakfast was satisfactory but the chairs in the restaurant had leftover spilt food on them (both days that I had breakfast) and the window sill was covered in dust and dead files which was a tad off putting. The hotel is in a fantastic location for East Kilbride and with just a little bit of attention it could be great.
