Fantastic hotel. Front desk staff were super helpful before, during and after check-in. They helped personalise our stay and nothing was too much trouble. Our Sweet Suite was awesome with great amenities including the fabled pool table. Perfectly located for the SEC venues but only a short 10 minute taxi ride to the city centre of Glasgow

We absolutely loved this hotel and the staff. Special thanks to Dillon for helping us in the car park on a particularly cold and windy January evening, and then for upgrading our room to a fabulous, huge suite with the most amazing view out over the river and the city beyond. It was awesome, and we didn't want to leave! Immaculately clean throughout, very helpful staff and easy walking distance for exploring Glasgow on foot. Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel in great location next to the river and SEC and walking distance to food shops, bars and restaurants. Rooms spacious and modern and fantastic to see a hotel of this standard that welcomes dogs as the hotel was very dog friendly. Was upgraded. Nice room with views. Reception staff very friendly. Shame restaurant was closed and wasn’t aware. Service in rooftop bar very slow. Only one towel in room . Went to get more. Could do with adding biscuits in room and water and minibar drinks and snacks . Otherwise lovely stay.
