Easy check in and check out and helpful front desk staff. Nice room and convenient location, walking distance to both the train and bus station. There was also a subway station, a grocery store and restaurants near by.

The breakfast was great. Plenty of shopping and restaurants in the downtown area. We had breakfast and dinner at hotel restaurant and both were amazing. Staff was helpful with any problems we might of had.

Typical of what I expect from a Premier Inn: clean rooms and a good breakfast, whether you choose the continental or the full breakfast. Close to the Buchanan St shopping district and a big shopping mall if you're into shopping. Also close to the river vthe nice path foe walking or biking.

The hotel is close to St Enoch Square shopping mall, restaurants, and attractions; however the Bar + Block Steakhouse is a must for dinner at least once. The room was spacious and clean with minimal noise interruptions. Staff were friendly, but should brush up on their skills when communicating with neurodivergent guests.
