Rooms in a separate building not connected to the hotel/breakfast area. Problems with key access to our building. Good breakfast. Good location, easy access to bus/train, shops, resturants etc. We were allocated an accessible room which we hadn't booked and wet room lived up to its name, i.e floor was always wet plus nowhere to keep toiletroies.

Location was great but very noisy as I was above the function room. ( very loud music) Receptionist ( Jennifer,I think her name was),kindly moved me to another room which was excellent. She did it without question and that in my opinion, was excellent service. Please pass my thanks to her. Will definitely return and choose a club room.
