Room was good , clean , basic nice room . Staff on reception were courteous and professional Public areas like bar and restaurant area updated. Pool area was ok , couldn't lie on loungers as the pool area was just too cold . Breakfast , which you pay extra for was nice , but expensive for what it was , but expected in a hotel .

Good stay. Nice space to relax with the family at various spaces and the pool. Poor Gluten Free choices at breakfast with bad quality GF bread. Cleaner didn’t do a good job of the morning clean. Overall it was just above average.

Arrived an hour early to check in and was told room would be ready in 30minutes. Waited at the bar, went back and room still wasn't ready 20minutes before check in time. Frustrating as we had a show to get ready for and it's quite a late check in time anyway and early check out time. Room was lovely, fantastic breakfast selection and good pool area made up for it though.
