Stayed one night for a night out. Got a twin room. Everything was clean. As it's a youth hostel it is basic accommodation but the staff were nice and friendly and the bedding was clean. Would stay here again if going for a night out.

I kept my luggage in the luggage room but could not find it immediately because i want it back during no staff time. This is a great hostel! The location is convenient for visiting Glasgow's west end and Kelvingrove Museum and park as well as Glasgow University. Its location is quiet and beautiful. The services and amenities are well-organized and clean. I would stay here again. The only negative would be that the walls can be thin and you may hear people in the next room. However, I found that people respected the 10 pm limit on any noise.

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for the Slipknot concert and it was a really enjoyable stay :) very homely and the area its in is very nice and pretty quiet overall. Staff were friendly and up for a chat, free coffee and filtered water at the front desk made the mornings very relaxed. Rooms give you all you need but nothing more, can't really complain with that. Overall we both found ourselves agreeing that we would stay again if the opportunity arised.

Beautiful location overlooking Kelvingrove Park,very convenient for the university, museums and getting into the city centre. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of space in self-catering dining room. Lounge looking out over the park, and another with a table tennis table. Second floor room was a little chilly in spite of the radiator working hard, but the shower worked and everyone was clean and good. Good value for money.
