The room was very nice, beautifully and stylishly renovated while in a historic building with a lot of charm. We loved the fact that there was a complimentary, complete well-stocked bar in the room along with snacks. Best location possible directly beside Queen Street station, the galleries, all the shops along Buchanan st and restaurants. Hotel entrance is older but the floors / rooms are immaculate / recently renovated and one of the best rooms we had during our trip. Spacious rooms, great A/C. Great hotel choice would stay again

This is not a five star hotel, but it doesn’t present itself as it either. But it is a very nice hotel with the most perfect location. I stayed in a club room on the 6. floor with a small but nice balcony.
