Quick check in, room OK although some parts had mould round edges of bath and sink, plaster patches, light fitting hanging off, and lift out of order so had to lug luggage up 2 flights of stairs :-(. Had bar downstairs and convenient to station, bed comfy enough. Bathroom nice enough .Served its purpose.

Definitely not the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Glasgow. Staff were lovely enough but the room could really do with a thorough clean. Stains that looked like blood on the window curtains. Dirty looking bath/shower curtain. Clean toilet and sink though. Bed was clean and comfortable enough. Room was too warm. Oh and the vibrations coming up through the building actually was starting to make me feel dizzy to the point I almost called a taxi to get home early. Have booked here for two more nights that I will have to cancel and find somewhere else.

The rooms are basic although clean ,could do with a freshen up.The price was far too expensive for the grade of hotel ,I've paid half the price for hotels that were twice as good.

I knew for the area, this isn't going to be a super nice hotel, however, this was worst than I expected. Bathroom tile was taped, black mold in the grout, sheets and bedding have several stain marks, everything just feels not very clean. At one point, our front door was locked (locked us in) and unable to open, had to call maintenance people to come fix the lock. The staff was nice and moved us to another room but cannot make up how bad the condition of this hotel...

Enjoyed our stay at the Artto. Room was small but adequate,everything was clean,beds comfortable. Only downside was the lift being out of order. Would stay here again as super handy for central station and to get into the city. Recommended. Restaurant next door is good too and very easy to get to from the hotel bar which unlike some is not overpriced.

We had a 3 night stay at Artto -it’s in a fantastic location next to the train station and is in a very walkable neighborhood close to shops and restaurants Our room was clean and functional-the housekeeping staff was lovely and accommodated my request for additional pillows. I also appreciated the front desk staff who quickly amended a booking error I had made There is no lift so if you have mobility issues this could be a challenge Our room was large, as was the bathroom. Fantastic water pressure. It is an older hotel and could use a bit of care There is an onsite bar and 24 hour concierge Within a 2 block radius there are countless bars and restaurants as well as shops-we enjoyed our stay and I would book again
