We had a nice stay at the Apex Hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I left an item in our room and urgently needed it sent on to me. I contacted the hotel and Alex was on it. He had it in the mail THAT SAME DAY! I was able to have it in hand the next day. A huge THANK YOU TO ALEX!

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Easy and safe walk to train stations and shopping and dining. Room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Excellent amenities, including 24/7 access to tea and coffee. Water refill stations on a number of floors in the hotel which was very convenient. Very friendly and helpful staff. My sis & I had one night in Glasgow. A little further from Buchanan than I thought but turned out to be a complete GEM. The staff is accommodating beyond reason and the property is really cool without being ott/edgy. Would definitely recommend!!!
