Had to move room twice due to sewage smells. Bed and pillows were incredibly firm, making it impossible to sleep. No electricity one day due to tripped fuse, but even when fixed, bedside plug socket wasn’t functional.

Love the apartment style rooms! It was so convenient having a kitchen and Tesco right next door. This was my second week long trip staying here and I will be back! Most of the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean :) Very walkable area in the city centre with a christmas market right outside in mid-November/December

Booked twin but rokm was msde up as a double. The tv didnt work. I couldnt get on the wifi. The were 2 used empty milks on the worktop and no replenishment of coffee. The staff were loveky though and the room was comfy and clean
