This is an awesome budget motel in the heart of Downtown Gladstone. The hotel is quaint and clean. I felt safe there. The room had everything I needed; A/C worked great and the fridge was ice cold. I loved and would absolutely stay again.

Convenient location and clean room. Check-in was a little strange as it is virtual (which is not a problem), but website is misleading and you must be at the hotel to call and virtually check-in. Overall a good value and would stay again.

There was no staff to check me in and that is a big minus. AI can't substitute for real human hospitality. Also I couldn't get the TV to perform simple functions and found no instructions.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only tiny issue was the shower water pressure. It ran very slowly, but I didn't mind hav8ng been out all day in the warm weather with family, celebrating the 4th. I was just happy for a nice and clean stay. The grounds were lovely as well, with colorful flowers everywhere and nicely painted chairs outside in a little gazebo, towards the end of the clean parking lot. And there was also a few tables and chairs set up near the entrances to the rooms. A very nice property. I'll be back for sure!

Check-in was a little difficult. You had to walk up to the main entrance door and call a cell phone number. I called it and it wouldn’t even let me even leave a message. But the person checking you in on this virtual check-in did call me back right away, so they must have caller ID. But it was a pain in the ass cause she was working at another motel as well, it’s just kind of a bad set up for check-in.
