Annonce et réalité différentes

Accueil et amabilité de Filippo très agréable. Confort de l'appartement très correct. Localisation parfaite pour visiter Les Pouilles aux alentours de Bari. Par contre, il s'agit d'un B&B (petit-déjeuner inclus), mais tous les équipements annoncés ne sont pas compris dans le prix initial de la location. Nous avons dû ajouter 210 € pour 7 jours pour avoir accès à l'utilisation de la cuisine/vaisselle et aux 2 climatiseurs. Lave-linge en surcoût également (non utilisé du fait du prix). Les mentions de surcoûts (annoncées oralement dès le 1er jour) ont été ajoutées en cours de séjour sur le site ABRITEL dans le règlement intérieur (partie "voir plus" et en italien). Communication limitée car Filippo, contrairement à ce qui est annoncé, ne parle ni français, ni anglais.
