1 A bath towel had a hole in it. 2. There was a hair on the edge of the tub. 3. The chair and ottoman need to be burned. SO STAINED AND WORN. 4. AND THE LIGHT ABOVE TBE FRIDGE LEAKED WATER THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT. YOUR ROOF HAS A LEAK AND RAIN WATER CAME DOWN THE OUTSIDE OF THE LIGHT FIXTURE ONTO THE CARPET NEAR THE FRIDGE. THE CARPET WAS SOAKED.

My room reservation was not on file when I arrived. The positive comment I can make was that the man at the front desk was kind and helped me get a room at his best deal. The first room I was given, the key did not work without going back to the front desk. When I opened the door, the fist thing I saw was that the bed had not been made. I didn't look further. I was assigned another room. The second day, when I came back to my room, the key did not work. When I went to the front desk, they still had the first room which I never occupied assigned to me. They had re-assigned the room that I was in to someone else, whe discovered the room was already occupied, so they cancelled my key until they figured out the room situation. When I went to take a shower, the bottle of hair conditioner which was mounted on the wall was empty.
