I stayed for two nights in this oldish hotel that was once a Ramada Inn. My room and the bedding were clean. The only problem was that there was something wrong with the heating and air conditioning system, and the fans in the bedroom and baths were on all the time. The staff was helpful, and the breakfast was adequate.

The parking spots are small and the handicapped spots were full of out of staters that didnt have a handicapped placard. One side ok the hall is the indoor pool so it was humid and with no windows it was hot and miserable. The air-conditioning unit is or was broken whrn were were there a couple nights ago. Best part of this hotel is the price is right and the staff were super nice and professional.

Mold under torn wallpaper in bathroom, urine on side of toilet, beds are basically springs with a sheet over them, commons area very musty and humid from rotting pool water. Staff was nice but disgusting rooms. Didn’t bother with looking at breakfast as we were already super grossed out from the mold and pee all over bathroom.

They overbooked when I had my contractors out on business trip. Left my contractors with no room we had to scramble to find other hotels. Front desk blamed it on Hotels.com but I think because my contractors didn't get there till later that night they just decided to book others for a soccer game that came in and people were needing hotels. Anyways it was not professional. they need to get their business squared away with companies that feed them business. So they don't run into this situation. I paid for the rooms and everything.

The heat in the hotel was messed up, the room was so cold. We booked the room wjth access to the parking lot and thw door was only able to open from the inside, which made the whole point of booking that room obsolete. When we asked the service desk to help us they basically said we were on our own.

the pool was fine but hot tub not working. The keys to either door did not work,needed to get reprogramed. . Phone didn't work, poor internet. hallway dirty and breakfast below par. The hotel is undergoing repairs and we should have been told and would have booked elsewhere. The place is run down. I thinkyou should refund our money or get a free stay on next booking. They should not be renting the rooms period. Very disappointed.
