Vacation home in Smidstrup near Gilleleje and a 2-minute walk from the Kattegat

Welcome to this wonderful retreat on a beautiful natural lot just 2 minutes from the ocean. Located 5 km from Gilleleje, this vacation home features an open-concept kitchen with a large 40 m² living room that opens directly onto a covered patio with a charcoal grill, a gas grill, and a smoker. In addition to the two terraces, you can enjoy a fully fenced-in natural lot with a door from the backyard leading straight down to the ocean, where you can swim from a lovely beach and watch the sunset when the weather permits. Inside the main house, there are 2 bedrooms sleeping 4 people and a lovely bathroom with a shower. The living room features a wood-burning stove for chilly evenings. Across the way is a 40-square-meter annex with plenty of space for 3 people, featuring its own bathroom with a shower and heated floors. The house is suitable for 7 adults. 1 room with 2 beds, 1 room with a double bed; the annex building has 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Living room with TV. Kitchen: Oven, dishwasher, gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, and microwave. Utility room: Washing machine. Two kayaks are available for use and can be carried down to the sea. There are 3–4 parking spaces on the property, and 2 bicycles are available for use. There is a bike path to the Gilleleje bus stop; buses run from Gilleleje to Helsinge every half hour, a 2-minute walk away. Wi-Fi is available. Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove, central heating, and an oil-fired furnace. The drive from Copenhagen takes 50 minutes. Kastrup Airport is 1 hour away. In Gilleleje, you’ll find restaurants, a cultural center with a movie theater, ice cream stands, small, charming pubs, and a lovely, bustling harbor where you might be lucky enough to buy fresh fish straight from the boat.
